In this military training simulator, you take on the role of a sergeant tasked with transforming a group of recruits into elite soldiers within a strict 12-week timeframe. Balancing their stamina and stress levels is crucial, as pushing them too hard might lead to failure in training or even worse consequences. The core gameplay revolves around developing an effective training schedule, utilizing Prestige Points to unlock advanced training options that allow you to specialize your soldiers as riflemen, divers, snipers, or paratroopers.
You face various challenges, from 100m sprints to marksmanship contests, and each encounter requires strategic choices based on your recruits' skills and training focus. Adapt your methods and see if you can whip your team into shape before the deadline.
