My Memory of Us – Collector’s Edition is a story-driven adventure game that pairs puzzle-solving with light stealth mechanics. You follow a boy and a girl from very different backgrounds who form a friendship while their city is being torn apart by the Evil King and his robot soldiers. The Collector’s Edition bundles the full game with the extra content that GOG packages with this release, and you can download it here as a direct GOG installer.
The tone is intimate rather than bombastic. Instead of large-scale combat, the game asks you to move quietly, read your surroundings, and use each character’s strengths to get past patrols and obstacles. The art style and narration carry most of the emotional weight, and the friendship between the two leads is the engine that keeps the story moving. If you like narrative adventures that treat serious themes with restraint, this one fits that space well.
This page covers what the game actually does, who it suits, the real system requirements, and how to get it installed on Windows without guesswork. The download is free, and the installer is the same GOG package referenced in the source material.

Key Features
- Dual-character gameplay: You switch between the boy and the girl, and each one handles different obstacles. The boy can run and reach places the girl cannot, while the girl can slip through tight gaps and use her slingshot to distract guards.
- Puzzle-solving with environmental logic: Most puzzles involve manipulating the city around you — moving crates, redirecting light, or timing a path past robot patrols — rather than abstract mini-games.
- Stealth over combat: You avoid the Evil King’s robot soldiers instead of fighting them. Detection usually means a restart from a nearby checkpoint, so patience matters more than reflexes.
- Narrative-driven pacing: The story is told through narrated sequences and visual cues, with the friendship between the two leads as the central thread.
- Distinct art direction: The stylized look separates the two characters’ worlds visually, reinforcing the theme of divided backgrounds.
- Collector’s Edition content: This release bundles the full game plus the additional Collector’s Edition material included in the GOG package.
- DRM-free installer: You install from a direct GOG installer and launch the game from a desktop shortcut — no launcher account required after installation.
System Requirements
The requirements below come directly from the release information, so treat them as the baseline rather than a recommendation for high settings:
- Windows 7, 8.1, and 10
- 2.5 GHz dual-core processor
- 4096 MB RAM
- Intel HD 4400 or equivalent graphics
- Integrated or dedicated DirectX 9 compatible sound card
Because the graphics requirement is modest, the game is built to run on integrated hardware. That also means the 2.64 GB download is small by modern standards, so it fits comfortably on most drives.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Emotional, character-focused story that treats its wartime backdrop with care.
- Puzzle and stealth mechanics that reward observation instead of twitch reflexes.
- Low system requirements — integrated graphics are enough.
- Small 2.64 GB footprint and a direct installer.
- Collector’s Edition extras are included in the same package.
Cons
- Stealth sections can feel slow if you prefer action-heavy games.
- Puzzle difficulty is inconsistent; some sections are more about trial and error than logic.
- No version number is published for this release, so you cannot easily compare builds.
- The installer is hosted on a third-party file host, which adds a wait step before download.
Who This Game Is For
My Memory of Us – Collector’s Edition suits players who finish games for the story and enjoy quiet problem-solving. If you liked the pacing of narrative adventure titles and want something that runs on older or budget hardware, this is a reasonable fit. It is less suited to players who want combat depth or competitive challenge. The game is single-player and story-led, so expect a defined beginning, middle, and end rather than endless replay loops.
If you enjoy games that lean on atmosphere and character relationships, you may also want to look at Memory Rewind (v1.1.0), which shares the memory-and-narrative focus. For something with more systems and replay value, ENDLESS Dungeon – Definitive Edition takes a very different, action-oriented route.

Trust Signals and Version Notes
This listing is published under the GOG Unlocked developer label, and the download points to the same UploadHaven link referenced in the source material. No version number is included in the release data, so the version field here is marked as estimated rather than invented. The file size is 2.64 GB, which matches the installer package.
Because the game installs from a direct GOG installer, you do not need a storefront account to launch it after setup. The tradeoff is that updates are not delivered automatically — if a newer build appears, you would need to download and install it manually. Keep the original .zip file until you confirm the game runs correctly, so you can reinstall without downloading again.
Before installing, confirm you have enough free disk space for both the 2.64 GB archive and the extracted game files. If Windows SmartScreen shows a warning during setup, that is a standard prompt for files downloaded from the internet; review the file source before proceeding.
