Gameplay and Story
METAL GEAR puts you in a tense infiltration scenario. Your objective is to dismantle a menacing weapon, and the path there is guarded by enemy soldiers and security systems. The game rewards patience and observation: you'll study patrol routes, time your movements, and use stealth to slip past threats. When confrontation is unavoidable, you can rely on the tools and tactics available to you.
The narrative unfolds as you explore OUTER HEAVEN, a setting that feels dangerous and purposeful. Characters you meet along the way add depth to the mission, and the story's twists keep you engaged from start to finish. If you enjoy stealth games with a strong tactical layer, this is a foundational title worth experiencing—especially now that it's available as a free download.
